The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel location is very strategic because it is in the city center. Children enjoy staying here, if you want to go to the mall and playground, just take the elevator, to get to the city square it's only 5 minutes by car. Breakfast is quite varied and tastes delicious, there is a noodle corner too.

Hotel recommendation, I thought it would not meet expectations, but it turned out to be great. I took my children to Islamic boarding school, everything was comfortable and clean, the service was friendly. Free coffee, free tea every night on the 1st floor. Cute.

The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is located in a mall, so if you're bored, you can walk there. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices. There are water dispensers along the hallway.

It was very disappointing that we couldn't check in until late at night, and when we were about to leave, there were no security guards or anyone standing by at the entrance to carry our suitcases and other belongings, making it incredibly inconvenient upon arrival. Bringing children here is not recommended. Furthermore, there were no spare toilet paper rolls, and there wasn't much choice of TV channels. Furthermore, the water pump was incredibly loud every time we needed to use it, so my child would always wake up if I went to the bathroom at night.

So, it's in the same building as the mall. You still have to take the elevator from the ground floor to get to the lobby. The directions weren't clear enough, making it a bit confusing and a bit of a hassle when carrying luggage from your car and then finding the lobby to check in. Moreover, the road in front of the mall was closed for an event. Plus, there's plenty of food around the mall. Cleanliness is adequate. The food is quite varied and tastes decent.
