We had 3 rooms side by side with a view to the lake, very good. The cottage is directly at the lake. The rooms and the balconies are great, but I am missing a place for my closings; living out of a suitcase. The breakfast was not variable and only Indonesian food. The cottage is built in the traditional style, nice. We also liked the swimming pool. Mr R Buhler

The restaurant service wasn't very good; when we wanted breakfast, the menu was already empty, so we had to wait. As for the bathroom, there was a bad smell coming from the toilet. Thank you.

The rooms are nice and clean, but there are too many stairs to climb, making it difficult for elderly people to climb them. The steps are too big, making them very unsuitable for the elderly. The non-AC rooms are uncomfortable, hot and not cool, and there's also a lack of air circulation at night. There's no view.

The hotel is clean, the bar view is great, the room is clean and spacious, and the service is friendly but lacking in smiles. The downside is that the reception isn't 24/7. If you want to check out at 5 AM, be prepared to lose your deposit because the lobby is closed and there's no receptionist (strange). The parking attendant is friendly.

We stayed for two nights, a Sunday night and a Monday night. Saturday night was a complete disappointment. We couldn't sleep or rest because of the loud karaoke until midnight. The next day, we couldn't take a nap and relax because an employee kept playing music on the loudspeaker. This was our second stay at Anju Cottage and our last. This is not a hotel for people who want to relax and unwind. There's no consideration for the need for quiet.
