The service was also excellent, even though we checked in late at night. The location is also convenient, although a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the city, but not far. Even though it was already after 10 PM on a busy weekend, the front desk team was incredibly patient and genuinely did everything they could to help with my request. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made me feel truly well taken care of. What impressed me most was not just what they did, but how they did it.
