My daughter was really happy, we got free entry to the zoo and can come anytime we want.
Staff are really friendly and helpful.
I asked for decoration due to my wedding anniversary and they provided it for free.
Nice ambiance at night, peaceful and quiet.
If you bring your children to Bali, stay at Sanctoo, definitely will come here again one day.

the location is perfect if youโre looking for quite place, shuttle is available every 2 hours to Ubud center, daily activities that you can join, good range of breakfast, they happen to held jazz night when I stayed. But the most important is the service, it feels genuine, I had some complaints about the room in the beginning, probably because of lack of maintenance due to low occupancy during pandemic, but they handled it nicely and moved me to upgraded room with nice view. Shout out to all the staff, from front office, restaurant, spa, activities, for their kind attention. Definitely recommend this hotel!

This place is awesome. This accommodation is good for a couple or honeymoon. It is quiet and located near Ubud central. The room is fantastic, everything was as good as I expected. The breakfast is good and the pool brought a great atmosphere. Worth the price.

Great service! Bisma eight staffs are super duper friendly and it's so heartwarming to stay here. It is very quiet during the pandemic but it does not stop their staffs to serve you with 5 stars service. I always fall in love with their room interior. I love every corner of this room. By the way, don't bother to bring your own fragrant shower gel because their shower gel will spoil your body to a whole day wonderous aroma! Bisma eight food choices are not boring and their food presentations are so eyes captivating! I stayed at forest view unit, it feels so good to reunite with nature.

Best Villa I've ever stayed in. The service was excellent, the room is very large and the heated pool is just right. Breakfast was good, although the selection is a bit little. Floating breakfast was good. Really like the ambiance of the hotel's surrounding. Yes, there were some bugs, but the hotel staff was quick to respond. Top notch!

Asvara Villa Ubud by Ini Vie Hospitality
Honest review from our side! Probably one of the best villas I have ever been to in Ubud. It's a fusion of modern and traditional, everything is well maintained, hot water is well provided, and AC is cold enough even in the hot climate. Plus, we received a free floating breakfast because of our honeymoon arrangement, thank you so much for your kindness to our visit. We definitely will come back!

Hanging Gardens Of Bali
What a spectacular weekend stay! Been here twice for fine dining only before, but this year visit was simply the best. It's been long time out of vacation since pandemic stroke, and we felt Hanging Gardens Ubud kind of paved the way for our new experience. We were here for the very delayed honeymoon that has turned into anniversary, and the hotel gave us a remarkable hospitality, from the friendly people at the front office (Bli Asa, Mbak Dinar, Bli Wayan, Bli Ngurah, I'm sorry if I don't remember the names correctly, I hope I'm not mistaken), the amazing restaurant crews, to the helpful spa staff. Our villa with panoramic view was clean & spacious, the main swimming pool was amazing, also the superb experience of finding hidden tub in the exact side of the river, are you kidding me? We would like to come back for sure! P. S: The food was great as well. There's a prawn menu that we really liked, but forget the name. Kudos to that.

Great stay. Size able and nicely designed room, nice bathroom. Overall good locations. Overall resort not too big, hence ideal for us. View was amazing too. Food was great and reasonably priced.

Nandini Jungle by Hanging Gardens
Nandini hotel's location is really in the jungle of Ubud (approx 45 min from centre of Ubud) If you really like natural and serenity ambience, you'll love this hotel) I've reserved for garden view room but they upgraded to Villa room type. Bedroom so clean, spacious (included bathroom) with balcony (the view is so Amazing). Breakfast is not buffet but choice of american bf or indonesian bf but tasty food. They have gondola (oudoor elevator) (Nice just like Hanging Garden htl) Also if you want to Sungai Deck, you have to go down by stair (maybe 100 stair)๐but the view of river and water fall is breath taking. This hotel have so many stair, so it's not suitable for elder.
