All SGT staff are friendly in service during check in and check out. SGT is friendly and kind, service at the restaurant during breakfast is polite and friendly, especially the cleaning of the room, the staff are SGT polite and friendly and communicative, the security guard is also very polite and kind when I forgot to take my deposit, I was called and reminded. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful during check-in and check-out. When I had a problem with the AC not turning on, I contacted the hotel staff and they immediately handled it quickly so the AC would work normally again. Thank you very much for your service.
