All SGT staff are friendly in service during check in and check out. SGT is friendly and kind, service at the restaurant during breakfast is polite and friendly, especially the cleaning of the room, the staff are SGT polite and friendly and communicative, the security guard is also very polite and kind when I forgot to take my deposit, I was called and reminded. TKS all staff, next time BS will stay LG 🙏🙏🫰

The room is clean, fragrant, the staff is friendly, the hot water works well, the wifi is fast, the view is directly to the city, under the hotel there is a mini market and Lina street food, the air conditioner is cold, the bed is clean, there is a welcome drink and there are toothbrushes and toothpaste, oh yeah, for motorbike and car parking is in the basement and it is very safe because there are friendly security guards. Next time I will stay here again.

The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful during check-in and check-out. When I had a problem with the AC not turning on, I contacted the hotel staff and they immediately handled it quickly so the AC would work normally again. Thank you very much for your service.
