I had booked to stay here, but it turned out to be completely different from the photo. The one in the photo is the house that was given, I don't know which house. I was given a room on the top floor which was very small for three people, I had to go downstairs to the bathroom and the bathroom was also dirty because it was used by many people. It was like a boarding house. I immediately didn't stay there and preferred to immediately look for another place to stay which was clearly closer to Malioboro or the station and which was definitely more comfortable

Comfortable atmosphere. Air-conditioned room. Good enough for sleeping. Clean toilet, there is also a kitchen. The owner is also friendly. In the kitchen there is tea, coffee, gas stove and even magic com. Manttapp anyway 😄😄😄 Staying 4 nights was really very comfortable.

Wifi is not adequate, the rest is good

Stay in a family room, which has four beds. Self-service property, so it is better to chat the Owner to get the key and enter the room. The room is enough for a family or four people. There is AC in the room, so it is quite comfortable in the hot weather of Jogja. The rooms are located in one house. For the house, there are TV facilities, dispensers, and 2 shared bathrooms. So, still share with other room occupants. Overall, if traveling with friends or a small family, this property is quite recommended. With a fairly affordable price, but get a room that is enough for 4 people and also has AC. Definitely come back to this property.

The owner is friendly and communicative. Strategic location, 3 days around Malioboro and Tugu, staying here is suitable because it is close to the location.

Stayed overnight, location is not too far from Malioboro. For standard accommodation, it is quite comfortable to rest. Suggestions for places may be given a name sign to make it easier to find the location.

It was really good luck for just my group to stay, so it was like my own home.

Alhamdulillah, the place is nice, clean, complete facilities, there is a stove, plates and glasses are provided, the owner is friendly, recommended if you travel with friends and family when traveling to Jogja.

Masuk gang. Parkir hanya untuk 1 mobil. Kamar bisa untuk 4 orang bed tingkat. Kamar mandi ada 2 di luar kamar. Ac dingin nyes.

Pengalaman homestay yang menyenangkan. Penyelamat di saat hotel-hotel full-booked di masa libur lebaran kemarin. Harganya juga sangat bersahabat. Pemilik fast response by WA, dan setiap ada pertanyaan/kesulitan langsung dibantu. Kebersihan cukup baik dan dapur dapat digunakan. Saat kami menginap 3 kamar lain terisi, namun tidak mengganggu kenyamanan karena sama-sama menjaga ketertiban. Lokasi tidak jauh dari stasiun dan dekat dengan warung tapi ke pusat kota agak jauh. Recommended jika memerlukan penginapan untuk keluarga/rombongan:).

Penginapan enak Deket dengan malioboro, nyaman, murah untuk backpacker sampai temen saya klu jalan-jalan ke Jogja ingin nginap di sini karena untuk perlengkapan memasak semuanya tersedia. AC nya dingin.
