The overall stay at the resort was pleasant! They provide free shuttle to Ubud Palace three times a day which makes going around the beautiful city convenient. We are satisfied with the effort of the team to meet customer's needs. Our room has the best view of paddy field where we could watch every sunrise and sunset.

Villa very clean, beautiful, equipment in the room modern and complete. I like the pool the most, cool to relax with melodious music. Dawn sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool of green trees, the sound of chickens crowing and birds singing is very interesting. I think I should choose here to think of a perfect fit.

I only stayed one night in Ubud. The room was pretty clean, except the sheets smelled musty, like damp. The room was huge on the first floor.

The bed sheets looked like they hadn't been changed, so my body itched all night, and the kettle also looked like it hadn't been cleaned by the previous guest. It's cheap, but that doesn't mean you have to tolerate it being unclean, right?

The water is sandy, the TV has no channels, the doors are broken and hard to open and close, the 1st swimming pool is dirty and can't be used, the telephone in the room can't be used, if all of this is fixed, this villa would actually be good.

Beautiful environment. Ambiance/Facilities: Beautiful atmosphere, in accordance with the image of Ubud that I imagined. Food: There is a restaurant for breakfast that directly faces the swimming pool. Staff Assistance: The staff is friendly and escorted me to my room and explained the parts. Highlights: Early check-in and I got a free room upgrade without me asking. Price: Very friendly with comfortable facilities and environment. Location: Close to spas, cafes, yoga, and famous natural tourist areas in Ubud. If you want to buy snacks, it is also very close to a minimarket.
