Comfortable, nice place. Not far from town.

The atmosphere is comfortable, the rooms are clean, but unfortunately the TV is dead. Motorcycle parking should be provided to increase guest comfort.

The location is quite strategic if you visit UMY, but the rooms are small and the toilets smell.

The reception staff was friendly, but there was a miscommunication during the shift change. I booked a room for two nights but booked one. Issues with the room lights and the sink water not working were less resolved. Suggestion: Regularly clean the trash in each room daily.

Sangat gatal, banyak sekali kutu kupretnya. Di sini tertulis check in pada jam 14.00 saya datang jam 18.30 kamar masih belum siap, dan belum dibersihkan. Terlihat bersih namun sangat tidak nyaman karena tidak kedap suara dan banyak kutu. Terpaksa saya harus tidur di kursi untuk menghindari kutu. Bisa diliat dari gambar yang saya unggah, kutu sangat banyak dari kecil hingga besar.

The atmosphere of the hotel on the edge of the rice fields is cool, beautiful, fun, the lobby is also clean. Hopefully these things are only in room No 9, maybe a risk because I checked in above 9 pm. Go ahead, improve the quality of the hotel, it's cool.

For services and facilities, I have stayed here several times, I have felt: according to what is offered. However, on the last booking (14-16 March 22), it was informed that the room was full (even though 2 rooms had already been booked). I can't accept this. With a bit of persistence, we finally got the room even though the specs weren't what I asked for via the app. The reason: I think professionalism guarantees the hotel is lacking, or the communication with the agent is jammed.
