The floor is made of wood and isn't very sturdy, so every step makes a creaking sound like it's about to break. It gets noisy at night, and it bothers the neighbors. Hopefully, it can be repaired to make it more sturdy. Overall, it's very pleasant.

We had a nice stay there only because of the closeness to the main road, it was noisy at night and early morning. Other than that, the rooms are nice for a stay.

Stayed here because we stayed late to continue our trip and it was quite cheap. The hotel staff at the reception were not friendly, not smiling at all. The room was quite good. The TV only had national channels, no Netflix. The TV was very small. The room was quite spacious. Not soundproof because the sound of passing vehicles could still be heard and the walls were made of plywood and bamboo. The floor of the room was slippery, I almost fell twice 🥲. The bathroom was downstairs (separate from the room) and there were some dirt that was not checked for cleanliness (leaf litter). For a price under 300K, it wasn't bad in my opinion, but if I wanted to come back here, I would think again 🙏

The place is cute and the mattresses are very comfortable, and clean, and the price is also cheap. We stayed in the one with 4 beds on top and all the mattresses were comfortable. The hot water also worked well. The ladies and gentlemen were very friendly, like we were visiting a relative's house and were very homie. The downside is that it is only on the side of the road (but not very close to the room, it's still okay), the parking is also quite spacious. Thank you Balkondes kembaglimus team

It's so cheap! I checked in on a weekend and it was still affordable. I didn't expect to get a whole building; I thought it had two rooms. The room was clean and large. The hot water worked well. Access to the hotel was also very easy.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the bolts in the bathroom, the latch lock, and the bathroom door are starting to break, please fix them soon, the wifi is slow.

We are a family of 5 with three kids below 10 years. We have been provided a separate hut consisting of 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The room is small and has little space for walking & sitting. It is fairly clean with white sheets & towels, etc. People who are having problems with pollen or the smell of bamboo are not recommended to stay here. The staff is well co-operative. Bathrooms are small but have hot showers. Breakfast is a set portion of a typical Indonesian meal and no other options like bread, butter, jam, or corn flakes, etc. This hotel is very, very near to Punthuk Sethumbu, Rehma Hill & Chicken Church, which are top attractions of the Magelang region. Overall, a pleasant stay although less comfortable.

Kebersihan kamar perlu ditingkatkan lagi, fasilitas secara keseluruhan standar sesuai dengan harganya, Wi-Fi perlu peningkatan kualitasnya, masih buruk. Nuansanya bagus, asri, ala-ala pedesaan, karyawan ramah dan lokasi juga tidak jauh dari Borobudur. Parkir luas, tersedia mushola dan juga joglo-joglo Jawa untuk berkegiatan.

Because the building is made of bamboo, the sound of people walking from the next room can be heard, it is a bit disturbing, the floor is slippery. The bathroom shower does not work, it cannot be turned to cold, the water is very hot like boiling water, it is very dangerous for small children to take a bath. There are frogs & lots of ants in the room, the mattress smells musty & damp, it is better to spray it with disinfectant before guests arrive. Breakfast lacks variety of menus, the taste is rather bland.
