We checked in on the date the floods hit Jakarta. We arrived at the hotel at 10.30 and the check-in line was very long. the service was very long, even though we were in the 4th queue but we were served at 12 after a long drama at each customer who checked-in. When we arrived there was still a problem informing us that our books had not yet entered the hotel system and we were asked to wait for checking. Finally we were able to enter our room at 2 less after a long wait at the reception desk. The room smelled of dust like it hadn't been used for a long time. All we like is a large twin bed so no extra bed needed. The check-out process is not fast like check-in.

the service was very friendly, even the security guards were very good which incidentally my appearance was already like dull. They are still friendly and kind. Coming when Jakarta floods again, even though they are complicated too, but the service is very good. The condition of the hotel room is clean, but the furniture is rather old-school, so it's just a little parno. The toilet is not clean, maybe because the condition is old. The hotel environment is very modern but not modern. Its location is strategic near the airport. Everywhere is flooded, it's safe there.
