Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly, and we’re especially grateful for the special arrangement made for our anniversary. Thank you for making it memorable! Would also like to thank the staff at Goji Kitchen & Bar for kindly accepting our high tea order even though it was past the scheduled time. We really appreciate the warm hospitality!" A big thank you to the Chinese restaurant (Jiang He) that welcomed us at 10pm, even though we were the last customers! We truly appreciate the kindness of the server and the chef—the food was absolutely delicious! Will be back again when I visit Batam again!

the accommodation is perfect, for any occasions. it's located right by the beach, where you can enjoy a drink while watching the sunset, or even just swimming while watching the sunset. their service was impeccable! definitely will stay in here again when visit batam. they don't have smoking room.. but they have pool view bedrooms in 5th floors with the balcony...we can smoking there. oh don't forgets. Breakfast ..the best breakfast with beautiful view.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was really good. Overall, we all were very happy to stay here and would love to come back ❤️

Had a great stay at Batam Marriott Hotel. From check in to check out, the experience was smooth and comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with a relaxing view that made it perfect for a short getaway.
The facilities were excellent, especially the pool area, which was peaceful and well kept. Breakfast had a good variety, and the food quality was consistently good. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which really made the stay more enjoyable.
Overall, it’s a great place to relax and unwind, whether you’re travelling with family or just looking for a quick escape from the city. Would definitely recommend and return again.
