Suitable for overnight rest, not for staycation, close to Jatim Park, don't expect much with the cheap price but the hot water is good, unfortunately there is limited food in the accommodation area but GoFood is available.

The hotel staff was quite helpful, I checked in at midnight, but they still served me well. . The hot water worked well. There is no AC because the temperature in Batu is already very cold. Got a fried rice breakfast voucher at the restaurant for 2 people. If you want to add food, you will be charged 20 thousand per person. Free refill of tea / water. The downside is there is no other menu, only fried rice with eggs for breakfast. But it is very pleasant to enjoy breakfast in the outdoor area of the restaurant's front terrace enjoying the view of Batu city from a height.

1. The room floor was slippery and sticky until we asked the staff to mop it. The bathroom floor was also slippery and crusty and we asked the staff again to brush the bathroom. Actually, it wasn't that dirty, it was just for ablution and prayer so it was doubtful. 2. There was no tissue even in the toilet, you have to ask for it first. 3. The meal voucher was not given immediately but had to be asked for several times, and even then I missed it because they gave my room voucher to the next room, it was really weird. 4. The food was really not tasty and cold :(this is a big minus point. 5. Drinks and tea/coffee were not given even though we stayed for 2 nights, again we had to ask for it. 6. Check-out time is not allowed late check-out at 12.30 or 13.00 after prayer (but some villas do not allow late check-out though).

Thank you for your review. Before we reply to the points, we are a homestay not a hotel (so that expectations are in line). 1. We apologize for the possibility of a mistake in the measurement of the floor soap from the HK staff or maybe the guest checked in early/when the floor was not dry after being mopped. 2. Because we are a homestay, we do not provide it like a big hotel. 3. Vouchers for the next day can be taken directly at the receptionist, sorry there was a mistake in giving it to the next room, it's not strange to be human, right? 4. The food is relative to the assessment, but thank you, we will fix it. 5. Yes, you can ask for more if you need it because some guests did not use the tea/coffee. 6. Actually, you can ask for permission for a late checkout, later it will be submitted to the superior for approval. Thank you.
