Beach Melati Apartments

When we were checking in we were welcomed by the hotel clerk with unpleasant treatment, in addition to lack of confidence we had booked until we were forced to show the bookings of the application contained in the cellphone, we later learned that this apartment was usually filled with Caucasian guests so as soon as there were guests they were shocked, they were not responsive with our luggage that we had to lift ourselves to the entrance of the apartment in a narrow alley. And we have to wait until 3:00 p.m. until rooms can be entered even though according to the check-in clause is 14:00, before checking in the hotel informs us that the children we bring (5.5 years and 4 years) must pay an extrabed of Rp 200 thousand per night There is no mention in the hotel policy stated in the hotel profile in the application. so we feel stuck to have to pay when we are frustrated and tired of having to wait long to enter the room. Drinking water is not provided by the hotel and must pay Rp. 30 thousand for an empty gallon to be filled. We realize we have chosen the wrong place for the Eid holiday this year. so we shorten staying in this place from 4 days is enough for 2 days. fortunately, the hotel is willing to make a refund even though when this review was written the refund was not yet liquid either. even though the distance to the beach is only 5 minutes on foot but a narrow alley full of shrubs that must be traversed decreases enthusiasm for the road to the beach. Staying in this hotel was nightmare. Vacation turn into disaster. for local people you should not stay here. because the hotel clerk only kindly greeted the Caucasians.
