The location is not far from the monument and Malioboro. Even though it's on the side of the road, it's not noisy. The hotel & rooms are comfortable, nice, clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, there are herbal medicines. Great. You can order an extrabed and get breakfast. We were worried about not getting parking because there wasn't enough space, but the security guard was quick to help park the car so we got a parking space.

On the downside, there's no Qibla indicator in the room, so I didn't know which direction to face when praying. Otherwise, it was okay. The room wasn't very clean; the table was a little dusty and had some gecko droppings. There was no ashtray. By the way, the restaurant food was delicious.

The rooms are clean, and the food is delicious. It's quite far from Malioboro, so you have to take a Grab, but it's cheap, only 6,500 rupiah by motorbike.
