Having last minute booking in Biz on last weekend and the hotel was well accommodated. The staffs were helpful and fast response when you're requesting something. The hotel located nearby shopping malls which really good. Recommended for kinda short holiday.

I was initially hesitant about staying here because I didn't know where the hotel was. It was cheap, but when I arrived, it turned out to be in the middle of town. There's a food court in front. There's parking, complete with friendly service. Any issues were quickly resolved. The room facilities are quite good for a hotel under 400. It's a great option if you're looking for a budget hotel that's still comfortable to sleep in. Highly recommended. I'll be back for my next trip to Batam.
