The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. What was also impressive was that when I was from abroad, I booked the room early through the app and chatted with customer service to ensure a somewhat delayed check-in. I usually check in early in the morning because I was still on my way from abroad, and the hotel immediately responded OK via WhatsApp. Thank you, highly recommended because the price is very affordable. If I have the opportunity to pass through Jakarta and transit, I will still choose this place. There are also many other dining and shopping places around the hotel 👍

For a transit hotel, the rooms are quite comfortable. Although the building looks old, it is clean. The staff is also up to standard and the service is satisfactory. The door lock in my first room was broken, so I was immediately given a room change. I took the shuttle from the hotel to the airport at 8 am, and the staff was on time. Breakfast was delivered at 7 am, and the shuttle was reminded at 7:30 am. It was very convenient. If you're transiting through CGK, you'll definitely stay at this hotel. Keep it up.

I have never stayed in a hotel as dirty as this one. The pillow smelled strongly of sweat, and the floor was so dirty that it looked like it had never been cleaned. There were also mosquitoes everywhere. The bathroom was even worse. There was no toilet paper or even basic toiletries. The toilet was covered with yellow stains, as if it had never been properly cleaned. On top of that, the entire room smelled of sewage and damp mold coming from the bathroom. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
