It's totally worth it for the price. I'm just a little disappointed that when they're cleaning it, it's not completely spotless. Sometimes it's not swept, sometimes it's not mopped, sometimes the trash is left behind and not completely thrown away. The AC works, but the water heater is a bit manual, so sometimes it turns on and sometimes it doesn't. The TV still uses a set-top box, and yesterday it was dark on one side, so don't get your hopes up.

I checked in for 7 days, and it's only been two days now. But I'm satisfied. I'll stay here again if I have work in BSD. The location is strategic because it's right on the main road, with plenty of culinary options within walking distance. There's a well-stocked Alfa Midi next to the hotel, and a huge and very well-stocked Watsons right next to the hotel. Us girls are sure to be happy because we're constantly shopping. The breakfast has received a lot of bad reviews. But I think the fried rice is delicious. I'm a fan of fried rice without soy sauce like this. The room was clean and nice, especially since I got one facing the street. The AC was super cold, and there's a water dispenser in each room. The downsides are there's no trash can in the room, no tissues, and no phone, so if anything happens, you have to contact them via WhatsApp or go downstairs. But all the staff are nice. For this price, it's a good deal.

It's good enough for a short stay, but at this price, it's still okay, although there are some shortcomings. It's a shame the room smells of cigarettes.

Suitable for those who need transit, the price is already cheap and you can get breakfast in the morning, great.

The room was okay for this price, the mattress and pillows were okay, and there was elevator access to help the elderly and wheelchair users. The breakfast was pathetic… perhaps the chef should be retrained. The fried rice was so hard it was unfit to eat.

It's quite worth it for being in the heart of BSD, close to restaurants, and the rooms are nice, with cool air conditioning and cleanliness. For mineral water, perhaps avoid the Aqua Gelas bottled water; you can use bottled water. Otherwise, it's okay. Rate 9.5/10

Citimarts is a truly enjoyable place. It's clean and quiet, being close to a main road. It's also close to a pharmacy, Alfamart, and small shops. The environment is also friendly.

The staff is friendly, and check-in is simple. It's strategically located near restaurants, hospitals, and malls.

Strategic location right on the main road and close to Eka Hospital BSD.

Inadequate, incomplete facilities.

The room was clean, but the hot water didn't work, and the television was outdated and couldn't be used because the remote control wasn't working. The technician wasn't helpful, and it ended up being deserted because the TV couldn't even be used. Breakfast was fried rice, similar to a snack box. There's a 50,000 Rupiah deposit, which is pretty good for the price.

Staying at Cittismart Hotel BSD is always a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located and very clean and tidy. The breakfast menu is also quite standard.
