service is not satisfactory & attitude of the receptionist is not polite. initially booked the 2nd floor when I arrived at the hotel reception, the reason the 2nd floor already had. better prepare their customers who come often compared to online customers.

Nice place to stay in Sibolga, near city centre.

The room is okay, but they did not change the bedsheet and clean up the shower properly, until we asked the hotel staff to do so.
