Hotels in Singkawang

They need to improve their cleanliness standard as the toilet room was very stinky and their towel were quite dirty for repeated use. Not only that, their lobby toilet was awful smell. Need a lot of improvement for cleanliness.

There is no lift in this hotel & no porter to help us, we had to carry our own bag upto 3rd floor. We stayed at the sakura suite & the room has so many ants. We had water trouble in the bathroom, thankfully was fixed after several complaints. The staff at the receiptsonist made faces when we complained about water!

Need more hospitality. Make sure the room is more clean and the accessories are working properly.

Pleasant place but the room and service is okay for destination like Singkawang.

Harap kebersihan dalam kamar di tingkatkan lagi karena saya menemukan beberapa semut kecil di sekitaran tempat tidur.

Room: Toilet in the room smell drainage, found spider web in the room, dirty linen. Restaurant: slow reponse, dirty, salty, very limited food choice, I asked 5 menus until available menu. Not recommended.

The TV only has 6 channels. There is no wifi. And unfortunately, the area under the bed is not clean.
