The hotel is comfortable, but not very soundproof. It's worth it for the affordable price. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff is friendly. Recommended!!! I'd stay here again. Breakfast is fast food, though. If possible, just make a simple, home-cooked breakfast.

The location is within the mall area. Cleanliness is good, and front desk service is also excellent. However, I did notice that the Cleo bottle of water in the room wasn't sealed, but it was full. It's unclear whether it was refilled by a gallon of water or by a previous customer. This area needs special attention.

So far so good. The staff is friendly, and the room is ready to be cleaned daily. I just didn't expect the mineral water in the room, other than the glass bottle, to be priced at 15,000 Rupiah per bottle, paid upon checkout. Furthermore, access to the hotel's car park is difficult due to the mall's operating hours. Unless you're willing to walk to the upper floor parking lot, you can still park for free. By the way, hotel guests can park for free by showing a ticket stamped by the hotel receptionist.
