For the cleanliness of the room, everything is okay, only the sofa has a few stains, it's okay, improve the service and cleanliness, okay? The parking lot is not spacious enough, but it's okay, hopefully the price can be affordable so that we can become regular customers.

Improper accommodation. No generator set. When there is a power outage, everything is dark. No solution, just told to WAIT UNTIL IT TURNS ON.

Got a price under 300 thousand in room 207. Actually it's not very spacious but very comfortable for resting, the downside is that the bathroom door can't be closed, there are dirty tissue marks under the washbasin, the drainage is blocked so when taking a shower you have to hurry. But it's really worth it if you just want to rest.

When choosing a room, do not choose a Deluxe room or a larger room. Because the room is definitely not 24 square meters and there is no balcony view or anything like they promise, you can see the lobby directly. The staff charges extra for everything. For example, they charged me 100,000 IDR for check in and charged me extra for a few drops of blood on the bedsheet.

One of the night guard staff, it turns out he was the one who was noisy. Not polite until morning chatting on the phone, watching TikTok. Sitting in front of the pool. Where is the center of everything. The room is relatively clean and tidy. But the staff on guard are bad. CS cove is good and fast response, it's just unlucky the staff
