Solo travelers stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in a Panoramic/Panorama Room. The interior design is very Instagrammable. The bed faces the mountain view, plus a bathtub on the balcony (facing the mountain view). The restaurant's view is also stunning, and the food is delicious. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The shower also provides hot water quickly (no long waits). However, during my stay, I was unfortunately hit by two power outages (at 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. on two consecutive days). The lights went out from early morning until 3 a.m. and still hadn't been turned back on. Furthermore, the bathroom drain pooled in front of the sink area, which was supposed to be dry, making it very uncomfortable. Risk management is recommended (especially with a generator that is always on standby and ready) to ensure a more comfortable stay for guests. The drainage system also needs to be improved to ensure cleanliness and comfort in the bathroom.

very bad service the receptionist is too slow.. lake view but covered by trees.. booked the same price as a friend and my friend got a room on the 2nd floor with a good view I was given another room on the ground floor.. really disappointed to stay here it says lake view but instead the view is covered by trees.. not recommended to stay here disappointed..

the room is quite comfortable, the location is pride, the service is lacking and the facilities are lacking, there is no AC in the room, there is only a fan and it is not equipped with a mosquito net. the food is mostly eastern and not very tasty and expensive, the fried rice breakfast is quite good. get ready to check out at 12 on time if it is 20 minutes past it will be charged half the price of the room and that is the regulation there is no tolerance. thank you for the service during our stay there.

Paid for 2 nights, but because of some obstacles I asked to cancel the second night. After communicating with the hotel staff with a very slow response, they finally said they could not refund. Because of that, I finally asked for my money that had been entered for a 1-night stay of 1.5 million to be exchanged for buying food at the restaurant. But I was very disappointed, I was only given a food voucher worth 200 thousand. The view is indeed good. But the cleanliness of the room is lacking. There is a lot of dirt in the corners, especially the bathroom. Then the sliding door in the bathroom makes it difficult because one door closes 2 rooms, the closet and the shower. There is no TV. The breakfast food is not delicious. The breakfast is a la carte.

This hotel is actually not yet ready for sale because it is still under construction. From 8 am to 8 pm, the noise is incredible. You won't be able to rest and relax in your room during those hours. Very disappointed with the hotel management who insisted on selling rooms when the hotel was still under construction.

Resort nya bernuansa back to nature jadi tidak ada fasilitas TV dan tidak ada AC hanya pake kipas angin, tidak ada lift jadi pake tangga kalo ke resto lumayan cape karena harus menaiki 2 lantai, jatah air panas hanya 80 liter jadi kalo habis harus menunggu sekitar 1 jam, breakfast nya pilihannya sangat terbatas dan hanya mendapat 1 piring kecil potongan buah-buahan yang isi nya 2 potongan nanas kecil 2 potongan pepaya kecil dan 2 potongan melon kecil sedangkan saya memesan 1 kamar untuk 2 orang plus 1 extrabed dengan rate room harga yang mahal tapi tidak sesuai dengan service pelayanan yang didapat.
