When you're tired of traveling long distances, a short check-in time is very helpful. Plus the kitchen staff's willingness to serve in the restaurant even though orders were already closed. Amazing, so we didn't have to bother going out to find dinner. Gallons of water are also provided in the lobby to refill as desired. The hot water in the bathroom is strong and functions well. The AC is also cold. Rooms are clean and spacious. Most of the people staying are families, so it feels comfortable. A smoking area is provided in the garden in front of the room.

Worst experience ever. Gloomy environment, damp sheets, damp room, AC not cold, worst of all the bathroom because the floor is slippery, the walls are dirty, smelly, the exhaust fan doesn't work, the shower doesn't work, the toilet is also not clean. There was a power outage too. Tried other hotels with the same price but got very different facilities. I don't know why it still has good reviews because it was actually that WORST.

The staff is very friendly. Room is clean, big space. But no amenities. No water kettle, but you can ask for hot water in the hotel kitchen. Bathroom is good, with hot water. Location near Bakso Bakar Trowulan ABM, just walk around 100m.

Honestly, the room is actually nice in terms of space and atmosphere, but the family room smells a bit musty and damp, like it hasn't been used for a long time. Then, there's one pillowcase that smells really bad, like it hasn't been changed. Then I complained and it was immediately replaced. Then the bathroom is a bit less clean, but it's quite okay for everything.

The room is comfortable and clean. Unfortunately the bathroom was pretty awkward to shower in, no place to put clothes. Doesn't help that the sound from outside was really loud.
