First of all, I would like to thank the staff of D'Hills Hotel for their prompt and friendly service. However, there are several things that need to be improved in the future, namely: 1. The water heater is not working and the water that comes out is not very strong from the shower. 2. The Wi-Fi is very slow and almost cannot be used on the 3rd floor. 3. The bathroom is a bit lacking in cleanliness. Honestly, I really like the spacious bathroom but I found some small black insects in the gaps between the walls and some other black stains on the floor. 4. The blanket still has a few stains. 5. The AC is not cold, it is still cool at night but during the day it feels hot in the room. 6. The TV cannot be turned on, maybe the remote battery is dead. The rest is okay, there is a prayer mat & Al-Quran, as well as a clothes hanger. Hopefully D'Hills will listen to these complaints for future hotel room improvements. Thank you.

There's no elevator; you have to take the stairs. There are three floors, but the first floor doesn't have any rooms. I was assigned the third floor even though I had an elderly person with me. Luckily, the staff was considerate and moved me to the second floor. There's no toothbrush holder, the bed isn't comfortable, and parking is tight, so you have to park on the street. However, the hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is close to the Clock Tower, within walking distance.
