Stayed here for 2 nights, got a welcome snack, the staff were all friendly, responsive, and helpful, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the breakfast menu was quite extensive. The soundproofing wasn't good, and you could hear the water running in the upstairs bathroom. Overall, it was okay. I'd come back here again. Thank you.

when I stayed 2 days ago, at 11 pm I was chatting with my roommate but instead I got a call from the receptionist saying that we were not allowed to be noisy because the room next door felt disturbed, even though the room next to mine was also noisy with the sound of children running around until 1 am, but I didn't call the receptionist and asked them not to be noisy. The hotel's fault is that it's not soundproof. The risk of staying in a hotel is that guests have different habits. If you don't want to be noisy, just stay in a villa.

Good response. It so happened that my room's AC was not cold. They immediately moved quickly to change rooms without further ado. Great, the room is clean and well-maintained. The breakfast needs to be increased in variety.

4x to Bali. Always stay here. Basically the best hotel in my opinion. Starting from the service of the hotel staff, hotel facilities, very-very nice rooms, very delicious food, especially the croissants and pancakes are very delicious, make you miss them. Basically, you have to maintain it🥰🥰
