I chose Fave Hotel Gatsu because I was attracted by the numerous reviews that said the breakfast was varied and delicious, and it proved to be true. The room was comfortable, with cool air conditioning, a spacious bathroom, and friendly service and staff. However, the room wasn't soundproof, so it was a bit disturbing when sleeping. For a first-time experience, it was quite satisfying. Thank you!

Overall, I quite enjoyed my stay at Fave Hotel because the staff was friendly, the quiet environment made for a good night's sleep, and the room, although small, felt okay with good soundproofing. However, the hotel needs to really improve its cleanliness, especially since I found a lot of nasal discharge stuck to the wall near the toilet, which should also be cleaned thoroughly, and there were stains on the blanket, which indicated that the linen was not washed properly.

It was a pleasant stay, although one of the doors could not be opened. The front officer helped us to open it patiently, even though it took a few tries. The breakfast was awesome compared to my past experiences staying in hotels of the same star rating. I liked the bathroom and the bright, clean towels. Unfortunately, the bed was too soft, and the bottled water was too expensive! Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Sorry, the room smelled awful from the moment I checked in. I reported it and it was immediately addressed, but nothing changed. The room still stinks. I'm a regular at Favehotels, but this is the first time I've had such an uncomfortable stay. Thank you.
