From entering the parking lot, to the cleaning staff, all are friendly. The hotel is also clean, I can sleep well every night. The room is spacious, I got the 5th floor with a window view to the back of the hotel which is a residential area with a beautiful and quiet atmosphere, so I feel at home drinking coffee in the morning while sitting facing the window. The location is in the middle of the city, close to minimarkets and restaurants. Next time I want to stay here again.

All was excellent except the room is not so soundproof, i can hear clearly people talking, coughing from other room. The staff are amazing, they are very friendly, polite and fast respond. The room really clean.

The hotel is comfortable, clean and spacious, the staff is not very friendly when guests pass by, not all staff greet or welcome guests. When I wanted to enter the lobby, the security already knew that there were guests who wanted to enter, but they didn't open the door, instead they just stayed at the front desk chatting with the FO staff. It doesn't match the slogan of fave hotel which is fun, fresh and friendly

Have stayed at Favehotel Tuban twice in September 2024 and June 2025, it was a really pleasant experience, getting out of the car was immediately greeted by responsive security who helped carry suitcases and belongings to the front door of the room, the check-in process was fast and the receptionist was friendly, the room was quite soundproof even though it was near the highway (except if there were people talking loudly in the hallway, it could still be heard but overall it was still okay), all furniture was dust-free, clean sheets, clean towels, a clean bathroom that didn't smell and the AC was cold, it was very worth it because the price was cheap but the quality of service was really great, oh yeah the wifi was also fast all the way to the room, the only downside was that the TV couldn't do Netflix lol but it was still okay for kids to watch cartoons on regular TV channels (global tv, RCTI, etc.).
