Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by the security team who helped us call the bellboy to bring our luggage and park our car. Because the parking lot is narrow, they had to park it themselves and leave the key with them. Check-in and check-out were fast. The ladies were all friendly. There is a 150,000 IDR deposit that must be paid in cash. Upon check-out, the FO lady asked if there were any problems during my stay, I answered that it was a spot on my bedsheet. And the lady apologized and said that next time if something like that happens again they will not replace the bedsheet. The location is super strategic. Next to the Rawamangun market, in front of the Rawamangun terminal. There are many extraordinary culinary options around the hotel. Will come back someday for sure. Thank you Fieris for your super service.

Overall, the place is already very good. The AC is cold, the room is comfortable with a nice interior, and the toilet is also aesthetic. However, the soundproofing is not good at all. The sound from my neighbor's room can be heard VERY clearly in my room. Besides being disturbing, privacy is also lacking because the sound from my room can definitely be heard by the neighbor. Please fix it, even though everything else is already very good.
