Stayed at ocean view room. Good and very clean room, good location, amazing beachfront view directly from our balcony, staffs are super friendly, professional and very helpful. The hotel has their own bike rental, beachfront restaurant with daily live music, and massage spa. Front desk even help us decide and book our water-sports activities. Best price for such a good location. Really made our holiday, we even extended our stay.

The room is different than in the photo, small room. The water is a bit salty. No TV. The breakfast was great. You can have breakfast on the side of beautiful beach. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Very good location, within walking distance from the harbor. Located at sunrise beach, very close to the market, great access to food and water sport. Mostly Asian and Indonesian visitors when we visited. Room was clean and spacious. In-room facilities were very basic. No TV, amenities, nor hot water/tea maker.

Me and my friend stayed on room number 11 and the bathroom needs some renovations/improvements. The water did not completely go down the drain, this caused us discomfort during our stay. On our first night, we saw mouses on the room, we asked for help on the reception, but the crew didn't find the mouse (we have videos of this situation). The AC didn't work properly. During the night it usually to turn off and we also complained about it on the reception, but kept the same. We really hope that some changes can be done, so the next guest will have a better experience 🙏🏼

The hotel is nice, the price is standard, but there is no hot water kettle or TV. The bathroom is clean, the bed is clean, the hotel is quite busy, but is there a difference, bro, between foreign and local tourists, how come it seems like there is a bit of discrimination between local tourists. When I went to the cafe that evening, the staff were friendlier to foreign tourists. Overall it's worth it to stay here, close to Gili Harbor👍

I really enjoyed staying at Gili Sands. I stayed 2 nights and booked 2 rooms. Very family friendly, friendly staff. Strategic location. Affordable prices plus discounts.
