The room is quite good, air conditioner etc is working good. The terrace’s door is jam. The food is Ok. My fav is pandan’s bread 💚, the fruit (Melon) is horrible.🤐 Overall is good.

So it's gonna be long review for my 2nd visit at Gt Jineng. At the beginning upon arrival bit surprise my data still saved & recorded clearly as their repeater. Salute to housekeeping team who make my room ready faster than the standard check in. The GSA staff was good & polite by greet & direct me to their lobby without forgot to note all my special request especially bout the early c/o plan & breakfast box request which it was approved directly by her on that moment. On 2nd day that bad experience started when i asking to breakfast box ready at midnight but the GSA staff told me that it can't be process due breakfast box time started on 4 am. It was funny due as long as i work as hotelier (especially 4 stars hotel) breakfast box are very possible to be process especially if the guest are noted as their repeater guest. Fyi, i reserved a deluxe room with breakfast inclusion during stay on this case, and is it deserve to called as an excellent service ? Don't think so.. Shortly after i express my complain and try to find duty manager or manager in charge, the gsa just told me that persons above been off duty & she call me back to my room to info that according info by her FBM, my breakfast box request still can’t be process due midnight on their hotel regulation still included on their supper time. so it’s means if you checking out below 4 am at this hotel never hope your right to get your meals allocation can be given by them. More funnier, i never got explanation related this regulation upon check in or during i stay. One thing left, they also not taking out my extra bed if i not remind them to take it. Don't ask me why it happen due i was inform too regarding the extra bes usage upon arrival. Things need to be improved in near times : 1. Your services especially for repeater guest. Remember you are four star hotel, be more flexible & never cheat your guest by not give them things suppose to be being their right /inclusion. 2. Communication & handover between the staff. 3. Maintenance on your rooms & furniture. Lot moldy ceiling on that corridor. Its totally need to got reparation soon. This property actually have a chance to grew up as amazing hotel, so wishes all bad experience above wont be happen to your another guest.

I had an amazing experience in this resort. Mr Artama from reception was extremely helpful, kind and always ready to help. I will surely be back in this place thanks to him. Thank you Golden Tulip for pleasant experience

The service was so bad, I wait for more than 2 hours to check-in from the check-in time! They reasoned that the room still needed to clean. They just asked me to wait without confirmation! Will not coming here in the future.

We come at 2:30 PM and our room has not ready yet and at 3:00 PM they put us in a temporary room. At 3:30 PM after calling the receptionist twice, they finally said that our room has ready. After moving to our room, our baggage was still in the lobby and we asked them to deliver it to our room. We called them 3 times to ask for this and nothing happened, I even said to them that this is the worst hotel service I ever experience and they just ignore it. At 4:30 we finally lose our patient and get our own baggage in the lobby. When we arrived at the lobby, our baggage was still there and no one at the lobby even bother to move a bit to deliver our baggage. Really unprofessional staffs and receptionist for a hotel that called themselves a "resort".

The breakfast quite good. And the room nice too but the toilet too small i think. And at the moment I stay at room near road so too loud at night. Overall good to stay
