This is a regular hotel, always go to this hotel when you go to Pangkalpinang, the service is good, the rooms are clean, the breakfast also has many variants and is definitely delicious. Keep it up and continue to improve, Grand Manunggal Hotel.

The hotel is nice, clean, the service is good, the food is delicious. The minus is that the room is narrow, the hot water is still being repaired and the swimming pool is cloudy, hopefully in the future the minuses will be fixed and the price is more stable.

Hotel sangat nyaman dan bersih makanan enak, namun untuk ditingkatkam lain dari resepsionis yang tidak ramah bermuka masam, attitudenya masih kurang baik dalam segi pelayanan mohon diperbaiki.

Sesuka itu menginap di sini, kamar nya bersih, wangi, toilet bersih, ac nya dingin, water heater ok. Cuma kurang suka sama sarapan nya. Gak bervariasi, menu nya itu-itu mulu. Kue sama salad nya udah gak bisa di makan sih tp masih d pajang, buah nya gak fress, Semoga saja bisa diperbaikiā¦ š

Sayang banget kolam renang belum bisa digunakan, padahal excited banget dri rumah pengen berenang. Semoga kedepnnya segera dibenahi sehingga pengunjung bisa menggunakan.
