"This hotel has a very strategic location! Being close to Grand Indonesia Mall (GI) and Plaza Indonesia (PI), I had easy access to various facilities and entertainment in the city center. Furthermore, the hotel is also quite close to Thamrin City, so I could enjoy the bustling city atmosphere while still being comfortable. The hotel's cleanliness is well-maintained, making my stay comfortable. The breakfast served was also quite good. The hotel service was very friendly, with the staff always ready to help and answer my questions. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this hotel and would recommend it to friends looking for a strategic and comfortable place to stay in Jakarta."

Well equipped and friendly service. Room a bit too dimmed and dark. Also bathroom. Less creepiness could be improved. GI west mall in front really did offer some light.

First time staying here and really like it. The location of the hotel is very strategic, open the window curtains and there is Grand Indonesia in front of your eyes. The road to GI is only 100 meters, the road to Plaza Indonesia is 250 meters. The room is comfortable, clean, soft bed, smooth and thick sheets. The bathroom is clean, hot water is fast, it's hot in 3 seconds. The AC is very cold. The room lighting is good. Transportation everywhere is easy.

Great location. Amenities are a bit lacking (old TV, no microwave, no washer and dryer). The AC leaks but is cold. The shower is a bit clogged but the towels are nice and clean. The room views are of the dormitories, food stalls, and also the skyscraper. There is only one room card but the Deluxe room is quite spacious and clean. The room is not soundproof. There is a refrigerator but it smells a bit damp. There is only one elevator. The staff are nice and helpful. It's quite nice but there are many things that could be improved.

Very strategic location. Breakfast is quite good. Facilities are lacking: washing machine, dryer, old TV, microwave, only one elevator, card access only gets one. The hot shower water can run out in the middle of a shower. The water hole in the shower floor is a bit clogged. The AC in room 607 keeps leaking but is cold. The Deluxe room is spacious, the towels are thick, nice and clean. The room is clean but not soundproof. The staff is nice and helpful. Not bad, hopefully the shortcomings can be improved.

The location is in the city center. Very close to the GI. The food is quite good. It's placed in mica/plastic. However, when I asked for water and tissue on the second day, I had to ask three times. Twice in the lobby before leaving and upon arrival, and then in the room via the hotel phone.

Asked for a key deposit, we paid for the room and it was mandatory to be given a key, and I asked the hotel's regulations and the receptionist said there was no such thing, they only said it was mandatory, during my stays at various hotels, even 5-star hotels, there was never a key deposit, what there was was if there was a minibar in the room, and if we wanted it, it would definitely be taken out and there was no deposit...

In front of the hotel is a mall. Clean rooms, clean toilets. Breakfast pickup near the receptionist, brought upstairs to eat in the room. Room space is a bit narrow to find a prayer room. Overall good and satisfied.
