Grand Thamrin Hotel

Had a pleasant stay here. The location is definitely a major plus — it’s literally opposite Grand Indonesia Mall, although you’ll need to walk about 5 minutes to reach the entrance as you have to go through security to enter the mall. The room was decent, clean, and had all the basic amenities needed. The staff were also friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The only downside for me was that breakfast wasn’t provided, so we usually had to order GrabFood or head out to find breakfast though there is a restaurant right conveniently located right beside the hotel. Overall, considering the price we paid and the strategic location, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay especially if you want to be in the central and nearby mall!

The hotel is close to shopping centers such as Plaza Indonesia, Grand Indonesia, and Thamrin City, and is also close to the Sarinah area and Bundaran HI, Jakarta's landmarks. The area around the hotel is also filled with various culinary vendors, from street food to popular restaurants, making it easy to enjoy a variety of food choices. The hotel and rooms are very clean, providing a comfortable rest. Transportation access is also very easy, whether by private vehicle or public transportation. Overall, the strategic location, clean environment, and comfort offered make the Grand Thamrin Hotel the right choice for guests looking to stay in the heart of Jakarta. Highly recommended for both business and leisure trips.

"This hotel has a very strategic location! Being close to Grand Indonesia Mall (GI) and Plaza Indonesia (PI), I had easy access to various facilities and entertainment in the city center. Furthermore, the hotel is also quite close to Thamrin City, so I could enjoy the bustling city atmosphere while still being comfortable. The hotel's cleanliness is well-maintained, making my stay comfortable. The breakfast served was also quite good. The hotel service was very friendly, with the staff always ready to help and answer my questions. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this hotel and would recommend it to friends looking for a strategic and comfortable place to stay in Jakarta."

First time staying here and really like it. The location of the hotel is very strategic, open the window curtains and there is Grand Indonesia in front of your eyes. The road to GI is only 100 meters, the road to Plaza Indonesia is 250 meters. The room is comfortable, clean, soft bed, smooth and thick sheets. The bathroom is clean, hot water is fast, it's hot in 3 seconds. The AC is very cold. The room lighting is good. Transportation everywhere is easy.

If you go to Jakarta, you definitely stay here because the rooms are clean like a new hotel. All the services are very friendly, and the location is the best. Go down the lobby and walk a little straight to the entrance of GI Mall 🤭🫶🏻
