The service was friendly and prompt, from the security guard at the entrance to the receptionist, even though I arrived at 2 a.m. The room was nice and clean. I got a free upgrade to a deluxe room for 4 nights. The large window spanned one wall, offering views of rice fields as far as the eye could see. Truly healing. The food was okay, with quite a variety. Overall, VERY SATISFACTORY and VERY ENJOYABLE.

The room is clean + soundproof (can't hear when it rains), the bed is big + comfortable, the bathroom is clean, complete toiletries, hot water works well, minus the water is slippery. The food is quite delicious, portions & prices are appropriate. Overall, it's a comfortable stay here, next time I will come back again 🫶🏻

The staff is nice and friendly, but there are ants in the room and the kettle has coffee residue from the previous guest. After complaining, it was immediately cleaned. If you come here, I suggest you don't ride a motorbike because the parking is far away and please paint the hallway so it looks clean, because this is a 4-star hotel, right? Thank you.

My favorite hotel when I need to stay overnight in Kudus City. I'm providing this review as feedback, as this isn't my first time staying at Griptha Hotel. The staff and service are fine, but there are a few things that could be improved. I booked a large double bed but received one small bed and one twin bed, making it awkward to position myself in front of the TV. For the price, the sheets, pillowcases, and bolster cases could really be upgraded. They were a dull brownish color and felt damp. The bathroom floor under the shower was very slippery; it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, resulting in a buildup of limescale that made the floor slippery. The restaurant is separate from the hotel, with no connecting building. There were no staff or umbrellas available, so we had to walk in the pouring rain to the restaurant. The food and drinks were delicious, but the flies were a real nuisance.

Regarding check-in, thank God, there are many snacks and drinks available to accompany us while we wait for check-in time... for the Woortied room, the staff are also friendly, especially the housekeeping, staying 3 days and 4 nights feels lacking because it is so comfortable because the room is always cleaned almost every day, and my child is happy to be able to swim as much as he wants.... there is only one thing that needs to be improved, the food delivery is very, very slow... my food arrived and was not hot, so it seemed like it had been made for a long time, at that time I ordered something online with my child.... when I was at the restaurant, my order also took a very long time to arrive, luckily it was paid off with the delicious taste.... for the others, this hotel is highly recommended if you are on holiday in Kudus, yesterday I stayed in the superior type, the room was very spacious... thank you hotel griptha.

I added an adult breakfast of Rp100,000, and a kid's breakfast of Rp50,000. The remaining menu consisted of small pieces of battered chicken, very salty porridge with broth, watermelon, cantaloupe, bitter papaya, orange syrup, and coffee. It wasn't worth it for the price. The taste was also mediocre. The chicken porridge was salty, but the soto broth was good. Few choices, but the taste was mediocre. Oh well...
