The experience of staying overnight before going to Singapore was very memorable, everything was very good and perfect, from the friendly staff service, fast check-in and we left our luggage while we were in Singapore, returning again for a 3-night stay after leaving Singapore was very memorable. Champion cleanliness, all services were very good, the room was cleaned every day. The room was dust-free for us who are very sensitive to dust, the room was very clean, the location is beyond doubt, from the harbor it is only a step away then looking for food just go to Mega Mall which is across the hotel. Other locations are quite affordable because the hotel is in the heart of Batam. Thank you Harris Hotel Batam Center, we will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

When checking in and checking out, the service was good and friendly, the service was perfect. I also got a soft drink and could add more. Cool. Once I took the elevator with Harris employees and other customers, I saw for myself how fast the service was for customers who had lost access to their room keys. So it was full of smiles for the customers and those serving.
