- Business travel
I feel very complimented for every service they gave to me the moment i arrived at the lobby ! they are very friendly and the facilities absolutely fancy and comfy. i will definitely be back soon.

- Family vacation
The building is new, the breakfast is great, the location is almost perfect, but the staff and coordination are just terrible. We had to wait until 5.00 pm for us to get checked in. What's worse, we only got one room at that time when we booked for 2. (P.S. we already paid everything a week ago when we booked it). For the 2nd room we had to wait for 2 hours and that was after we harassed them through phone calls. When we thought things couldn't get any worse, they gave us a wrong hotel room. Yes this happened. This is my first Harris hotel bad experience. I have always had an amazing experience staying at Harris hotel (Bandung, Batam, Bali), but I will not recommend this one until they get their coordination system fixed.

The service was awful. Check-in time was 2 p.m. And we arrived at 4 p.m. But the room wasn't prepared! We had to wait for 3 hours to get the right room as we requested (they gave us the wrong room at first). There wasn't a single sorry whatsoever. We also had to get simple for our car to get free parking tickets almost each day of our stay! Breakfast was so-so, wasn't really delicious and the staffs weren't friendly at all. Most of them didn't even smile. The tissue in the room given daily was insufficient, they need more than 30 mins to come if you need anything from room services. Other than the spacious room and good location, everything was so awful about this hotel. The other harris hotel aren't like this

Nice hotel, it’s new and luxurious, as expected. It’s just in line with the price which is quite expensive. You get what you pay.

A very pleasant stay indeed. It was for my short business trip but services from the staffs are impeccable and sincere. The downside is the location that is slightly further from all my destination. I'd love to come back to stay if my trip destination is nearby.

The Hotel has very strategic location, in the building with many restaurant, ATM, med store Century, also convenience store Indomart. The room is clean and spacious, only do not take the room at the corner which windows towards west, air con cant cover the outside heat. So the corner room cant get Cool enough in fact its warm. The staff is friendly and responsive, thanks to Bu Jessica who station in front desk who always provide the guest needs. I was very satisfy during my stay in Harris Vertu. Great Hotel with great management

- Medical Travel
Car parking facility only for 1 car, me and my wife comes in 2 cars, I find this policy whatsoever not making any sense to hotel guest like me end-up paying huge overnight parking charges (note that parking charge per hour rp. 5.000). This is unacceptable for me, as such policy should be clearly stated / announced up-front in the hotel website for guest before they make decision to book a hotel. It look to me like sort of "trap" especially for our arrival late at night and the best response I got from front office was "this is hotel policy" no solution at all.
