Excellent service and great hotel.

Staying at HOMM Saranam Baturiti truly provides a relaxing experience. Its location in the mountains offers refreshingly cool air and stunning greenery. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with balconies offering beautiful views, perfect for healing or quality time with your partner or family. The entire staff is extremely friendly and responsive, making guests feel warmly welcomed from check-in to check-out. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, including a swimming pool with panoramic views, a children's play area, and a restaurant serving delicious food. Breakfast also offers a wide selection. Overall, our stay was very satisfying. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil setting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We'd definitely like to return someday!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. Facilities including gym, pool, and kids club. The only downside was the bathroom was smelly.

Good place to relax and enjoy the nature, but when I stayed there, the inclinator doesn't work, so I have to walk down with stairs, and that makes me feel uncomfortable. The view was really good.

I've stayed here several times. The breakfast is delicious.

Please add more variety to the breakfast menu. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and the breakfast menu was always the same.

The hotel has an incredibly beautiful view in the morning when it's sunny, the staff are friendly, perhaps the cleanliness of the glass lift area around the hotel needs to be taken into account.

Great Stay – Thank You! I stayed one night at this hotel and had a really nice experience. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Luh Nik (reception), Mr. Shofa (DM), and all the staff and trainees – everyone was so kind :) Also, thank you so much for the free upgrade to the Deluxe room – really appreciate it! Breakfast had a lot of variety and was really tasty. The restaurant staff were also very friendly. We forgot the name, but maybe one of them was a supervisor or manager – thank you as well! The room was big and comfortable. All the facilities in the room were good. Just one small thing – maybe the mirror in the bathroom can be replaced, since it looked a bit dull or burnt on the edges. For the hill tram, it might be good to have some airflow, because it gets a bit hot inside during the day when it's crowded. Overall, I really loved the view, the vibe, and the friendly staff. Thank you so much! I totally recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again :)

Best hotel in Tabanan area, I had cough at that time bcs of the air in there hotel area was too cold for me🫠
