During the check-in process, it took a very long time, maybe around 45 minutes. Hopefully the check-in process system will be fixed soon.

The room was a bit dusty, and the cleanliness was lacking. The AC was very cold, the TV wouldn't show any channels, and the bathroom door and lock were faulty (there was no key at all). The hotel grounds were also somewhat lacking in cleanliness. The staff and service were quite friendly.

Ample parking for motorbikes and cars. Check-in was quick, and guests were given a pouch containing an access card, amenities, a TV remote, and an AC remote after paying a 100,000 IDR deposit. There's no elevator, so you have to climb the stairs. The room wasn't very spacious. There were stains on the bedsheets. The smart TV, AC, shower, and bidet all worked well. There were two towels and one doormat. The floor was quite clean.

I initially got a room on the 1st floor, but when I entered it was damp and had a really musty smell and even after opening the window it still smelled so bad that I vomited. As a result, I couldn't stand it and asked to be changed to the 2nd floor because it was better, but sorry, it was still dirty, there were cockroaches in the room, the bathroom walls were black and the toilet, sorry, had traces of defecation that hadn't been cleaned. From the front it looked attractive, but when I entered it turned out the maintenance and cleanliness were lacking, I'm sorry, it's a shame, even though as far as I know this is a new hotel.

The room cleanliness is lacking. Yesterday, I got a room with lots of baby cockroaches, which really disturbed my comfort. The bathroom was clogged, and the hallways and stairs were also quite dirty. The service was friendly, but the room cleanliness was less than ideal.
