Hotel Basana Inn

My suggestions and criticisms for improving hotel service. First, during afternoon check-in, the hotel door was locked from the inside and the staff was not on standby. Second, when entering the hotel room, the room was large but not clean. There was a lot of dirt in the gaps between the rooms. The room seemed not to have been cleaned by the previous guest. Third, the bathroom was not clean, the soap used by the previous guest had not been cleaned. The water was off for almost an hour, waiting for the water to come back, and the next morning the water was off again. Towels had to be requested first. The towels were also not clean. The TV did not work. The AC could not swing so it still felt hot. Breakfast is not recommended. There was no mineral water in the room. The price of a hotel room at 400 thousand++ is inferior to the service of a 3-star Amaris Hotel in Jakarta. I booked 2 nights but only slept for 1 night. When I wanted to check out, there was no staff at the front office. The location is very strategic, room service and cleanliness must be improved.

Even though the location is very strategic.

The price is commensurate with the facilities. Suggestions for managers, do not position the AC facing directly to the bed because it is very uncomfortable.

With the hotel fee I paid per night, there was not just a supply of mineral water in the room. Drinking glasses for breakfast are also very small and not standard lodging. Like a gift of soap. The room is not even cleaned if it is not asked for. Please can it be fixed.
