Hotel Cikini

Good service, neat and clean hotel rooms, toilet water does not smell of chlorine.

We happened to be staying in Cikini for a day, and this hotel appealed to me. There were four of us with two small children. We got a twin room at a relatively low price without having to pay extra for our children. It's close to Taman Ismail Marzuki, and there's an Indomaret in front of the hotel. It's easy to get around, and there are plenty of food vendors around at night. I was very satisfied, even though there's no children's pool. Overall, the room is spacious enough, the amenities are complete, the hotel is clean, and the service is satisfactory and friendly. We'll stay here again if we visit Jakarta again.

The room was comfortable, with a glass view directly onto Menteng Street. The service was excellent. It's a great place to stay if you're going for a morning run. Check-in and check-out were also quick, highly recommended.

For this price, it was beyond expectations. Everything was really proper, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff wasn't super friendly, but they weren't rude either. Amenities were complete, but they only gave me one toothbrush, maybe because I chose 1 guest when booking (?). The bathroom also dried very quickly so it wasn't damp. Got a room on the 8th floor, the city view was the best 👍 Got free ice cream too after reviewing it on Google Maps.

All the facilities and services were excellent, okay, and comfortable. A small mistake we made was the inability to be flexible with our bookings (and always using the system as a proxy). The manager was annoying and complicated.

It's located in the city center, close to Ismail Marzuki Park, making it easy to access. The air conditioning in the room is cool. Thank you.

One word for this hotel: CLEAN! I'm usually quite picky and a bit fussy when staying in hotels because I often find hotel rooms that look clean but are actually not clean, it could be the room, the sheets, the bathroom, etc., while I have allergies. But the room in this hotel I found clean and tidy. The shortcomings such as the bathroom door that could not be closed from the outside, the slightly leaking shower, etc. (room 611) can be covered by the cleanliness of the room. Although the room is cute and lacks amenities, but it is really comfortable and the location is close to TIM is one of the privileges. Hopefully the cleanliness can be maintained, the shortcomings can be fixed. 1 more, the lady at the front office would be better if she could be more smiling and friendly. I only stayed 1 night but it was memorable. Certainly this hotel will be one of the main options if I have activities in Jakarta again, especially in the Cikini area.
