Affordable hotel with swimming pool facilities, but a bit of a shock after checking in, when I tried to play in the pool, the water hadn't been changed. The room still had a manual key, which for some reason was very difficult to open. The room was a bit stuffy. The lighting tended to be dim, and the light switches were confusing. Some of the cupboards were in a slightly crumbling condition. The TV broadcast was a bit intermittent. The toilet had minimal wall hanging hooks. There was no hot water. It wasn't soundproof, and the sound of people pushing chairs or mattresses in the neighboring rooms was very disturbing. Strategic location. There are many eateries nearby and they are easily accessible.

The worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. I arrived at 4:00 PM and couldn't check in because the room wasn't ready, even though I'd booked it well in advance. After it was ready, the floor was still wet from mopping, the curtains were dirty, and there was a lot of gecko droppings. I then complained and was given another room. The room I was in had no Wi-Fi, and the toilet ceiling was broken due to the AC drain. Most annoyingly, there wasn't enough parking. I was asked to park on the side of the road, and the result was that my car was dented in the morning after being hit by a car the night before.

The hotel is very pleasant, there is a swimming pool facility, economical price, there is also a karaoke place, the service is friendly, it's just a shame there is no breakfast or something food that can be ordered to eat at the hotel. So we have to order by Grab. I really hope this hotel will have breakfast facilities and can order food at the hotel restaurant so the rest is just by phone like in other hotels, and I also hope there will be a massage spa soon. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom, I found a cockroach and a centipede there yesterday, the mini fridge, glasses and water kettle, water heater, and some sugar/tea/coffee are also missing. Please pay attention to that especially if we want to stay for several days. Thank you
