The hotel seems unkempt, there are lots of leaves scattered around, the bathroom is dirty, there are cockroaches and centipedes, so I'm afraid to take a shower, there should be breakfast but it's not provided, the kitchen and restaurant are also dirty, it seems like there's no activity in general. Very disappointed

I would not recommend this hotel if you staying here. A lot if space that not cleaned & maintenance well. At night so horror. But at morning so great. Helpful staff at lobby.

The location is okay, the park in front of the room is great. Room cleanliness is lacking. Many lights are dead. And what is most annoying is the white guard dog always barking and chasing hotel guests. guests finally lazy to go to the park or want to go to the cafe. Suggestions please enclose the original dog really annoying.

For the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel environment because it's quiet, lots of trees and plants but the rooms are less clean, there are no blankets on the mattress, the bathroom is less clean and the water smells when first opened, the hot water doesn't work, the TV channels are a lot of distractions, to. Deluxe rooms should be better and pay more attention to the cleanliness and facilities that are in it. Hopefully the future can be better and cleaner again.
