The rooms are okay, the staff are okay, the AC is terrible. Of the 3 rooms, only one has good AC. Terrible.

The hotel staff was very friendly. I arrived at 12 noon, not yet check-in time, but was allowed to check in early. This alone is remarkable, as not all hotels allow this. The location is also very strategic, right in the city center.

The hotel is comfortable and quiet, perfect for a relaxing break. Service is prompt and courteous, rooms are tidy, amenities are adequate, and the location is easily accessible. My stay was very satisfying, and I'd love to return again.

The service is good and friendly, the hotel is also clean and the view in the room is really nice, it doesn't make you bored, next time I come here again with my family 🫶🏻 hopefully in the future the hotel will be more successful and more crowded with visitors 👍

The AC is hot and leaking so the AC water drips. I have called the staff but no response. The facilities in the room are incomplete. Asking for an extra bed, they said the staff has gone home. Asking for more towels, they said I have to add an extra bed. So what should I do?? Even though if there is an extra charge for the addition, I'm okay. But everything is confusing. The wifi is intermittent and bad. The room area is not clean, the bathroom smells musty, the lights in the room are dark and some are out, I have informed the staff but only took a picture but it was not fixed. They said they didn't have time to check the room, it's clear that someone already knows who wants to check in but why didn't they double check the room.
