First of all, I would like to acknowledge that the breakfast itself was enjoyable—the taste and variety of the food were both very good and met my expectations. However, during this holiday period, the breakfast area became extremely crowded, which significantly affected the overall experience. Unfortunately, in such conditions, both guests and staff seemed to overlook basic courtesy and organization. I was assigned a table in what I believe was the least suitable location. The table was positioned too close to the food queue, and the space for movement was very limited. As a result, many guests passing by repeatedly bumped into my chair and even my table, often without any apology. This made it quite uncomfortable to enjoy the meal. I understand that high occupancy during holidays can be challenging, but I believe better space management and seating arrangements could greatly improve guest comfort. Clearer pathways and more thoughtful table placement would help prevent situations like this. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration for future improvements. If a hotel could have a soul, then Hotel Mulia Senayan isn't just alive... it knows how to make its guests fall in love again and again. This is my honest review of my experience: From the moment I arrived, one thing was immediately noticeable: all the staff were on a different level. Not just the formal, hotel-style friendliness, but genuinely warm, like they truly cared. I rarely encounter such consistent hospitality from the front door to the inside of a hotel. I stayed in an Executive Room on the 38th floor, and the view was... insane. It directly overlooked Gelora Bung Karno Stadium and Senayan Golf Club. Morning, afternoon, night... everything had its own vibe. It's the type of view that makes you pause, just to enjoy life. When I entered the room, the impression was one: proper luxury. The cleanliness wasn't just clean, but truly intentional. There were no odors, no stains, no signs of "long-used." • Spacious, clean, and very modern bathroom, feels like a Japanese hotel. • Shiny shower without limescale or rust. • Spotless bathtub, no stains. • Thick, fragrant, premium-feeling towels. • King-size bed so soft it's hard to wake up in the morning. • Sheets are also spotlessly clean, stain-free. Breakfast? This isn't just breakfast; it's a mini culinary tour. From Indonesian, Korean, Japanese, to English breakfast, everything is available, and most importantly, it's all delicious. Plus, the service in the breakfast area is fast and friendly, even when it's busy. If you're feeling lazy about leaving the hotel, don't worry. There are five restaurants to choose from, and all of them aren't just "hotel restaurants," but truly top-notch dining experiences. I tried Edogin, and honestly, it was fresh, precise, and the flavors were spot on. What really sets it apart is the staff... their warmth feels genuine, not scripted. The swimming pool is also very presentable. Spacious, there is a children's area, and what I appreciate: lifeguard standby and alert. Not the type to sit back and relax, but really guarded. For those who bring their family, this will make you calm.

The technical staff was very helpful when I reported a broken mini fridge in my room. They immediately helped me replace it, and the problem was resolved immediately. Overall, the service was satisfactory.

Staying at Mulia Senayan Jakarta is excellent and worth it. Especially if you stay in the suites. The butlers are very expert and professional in handling the guests.
