It was easy to find the hotel, and check in/out was fast and hassle free. As weather was very hot, staff took initiative to prep room by switching on the aircon before guests checked in. So room was already cool by the time we entered. Our room is big, pool view, bathroom is clean. Beddings are comfortable. Breakfast is ok, variety of choices for young & old. Staff were all polite & friendly. There are ample parking lots. Overall we had a great stay here! Highly recommended!

I booked in the executive room. A very comfortable room with an elegant and clean minimalist interior design. Friendly and fast service. The breakfast is delicious and fits the tongue. My second stay at Nirwana. I'd booked a Superior room and regretted it because it was a smoking room. Next time, I booked a Deluxe room and was very satisfied. The room was very spacious, and the kids had plenty of room to play. Breakfast was good and varied, and the pool also had options for both children and adults. Thanks, Nirwana.

Imagine at 12 midnight while you were sleeping and suddenly it was so painful, do you know why? At 12 midnight the hotel was fogged IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND WITHOUT NOTICE, finally the whole night the room smelled really bad of the fogging smoke, who knows what was on their minds, it was a hotel, in the middle of the night they were resting. Helpful staff..Comfy hotel in my hometown. Peak season always crowded. But please pay attention to old rooms and the stuffs inside. Please warn the smokers and people who eat durians in the room. Smell so bad infecting the non smoking room. Thanks
