While the price was 156,000 when I stayed, it's worth adding 50-70,000 to get better accommodation and a good night's rest. 1. The room key didn't work, so every time I wanted to enter the room after buying food, drinks, or playing, the hotel staff/receptionist had to help me open the door. 2. I was bitten by bedbugs while sleeping, and the itching lasted all night, and the bites didn't go away.

I booked for two days, but checked out after just one day due to bedbugs. It was best to move hotels. The next morning, the water in the bathroom was off. I stayed one night, but my skin was itchy.

Sigh, this is enough. The room was dirty, there were cockroaches. The room was musty, and the bathroom was too. It was scary, the upstairs was full of ghosts. The room didn't have soap or shampoo, let alone drinking water. We only just asked for towels. Overall, I was very disappointed, and the service was also very unsatisfactory.

Honestly, it’s not what it says on the photos. Absolutely disgusting, sheets not clean, room someone was smoking inside. I walked out after 10 mins. Mould on walls, I cannot believe that app would use them on their platform. I would not recommend to couple, children, elderly, etc.

I've stayed here twice and it's very comfortable. The room is clean, fragrant, and quiet. The downside is the TV channels aren't that exciting, the sink leaks, the bathroom floor is a bit slippery, there are no towels unless you ask the receptionist, there are no amenities, hot and cold water is only available in the lobby, not in the room, but there is a mini fridge in the room, and the AC is cold.

The hotel staff is friendly, escorted to the room, helped prepare everything, towels were also given even though there were no amenities. The AC was cold, the room was fragrant, clean, the only downside was the leaking sink. The hotel is also close to food stalls, close to the mall, just walk, found a park with a view of the Mahakam River. Good job, just improve the hotel maintenance.

The mattress is not suitable, there are lots of mites and bed bugs, it makes me itchy, even when I move to another room it is also not suitable for living in, the bed is dirty, the rain leaks causing flooding. When I came home from there I was itchy
