First time staying here. Requested a room with a city/street view, but instead got a view of the roof tiles. The hotel's location is convenient, being close to Simpang Lima, but the food is lacking in variety. The food tastes mediocre. The various herbal drinks and porridge are so good I even brought them back to my room. Breakfast is divided into two parts. Refills take a while to finish the food.

The staff was friendly, but the cleanliness was lacking; there was a small cockroach in my room. The food was okay, varied, and tasted delicious, typical Santika flavors. Check-out was flexible, allowing me to do it after I prayed Dhuhr. We borrowed a prayer robe for guests, which was clean and fragrant, thank God. The swimming pool was nice and large.
