The hotel's location is very strategic, right on the main road. There's a restaurant on the top floor with a beautiful rooftop, serving delicious food and drinks. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and the room key was ready upon arrival. The room was clean and comfortable.

The condition of the hotel and rooms is very good and clean, truly sharia because each room is guaranteed to be given a prayer mat and the Qur'an. The service is also very good, full trash cans are immediately replaced, dirty floors and mattresses are immediately cleaned, drinking water runs out immediately given a new one. All employees are friendly, very good service 👍🏼 on the 5th floor and rooftop there is a cafe with a beautiful view and you can also see the city of Malang. And most importantly with such good service, the price is very affordable 💯 thank God my family is very satisfied 🥰.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is really close to Brawijaya University. The room is actually pretty small but just right for one person. The other guests near my room were really loud, and the not-so-soundproof room didn't help. The cleanliness needs to be improved. The facilities in the room were quite dusty, and if you're sensitive to dust, it will bother you. And I found three small cockroaches in the room, probably coming from the bathroom.

This hotel's facilities are top-notch! I especially like the hot water in the bathroom. The room is clean and comfortable, and the soft mattress makes for a relaxing sleep. The soundproofing is still lacking. The Wi-Fi is smooth. My family will definitely stay here again next time.

Downtown accommodation, close to the UB campus. There are lots of food stalls in front. There's a cafe upstairs and a rooftop coffee shop. It's a great place to hang out in the evening. It's awesome.

Friendly staff, parking in front and in the basement, cool air conditioning, and fast internet. Unfortunately, the hot water was weak, and sometimes it didn't even come out in the morning. Furthermore, the rooms were relatively small for the price.
