A boarding house where some of the rooms are rented out daily, but the conditions are quiet and not noisy. The atmosphere at night is quiet. The price should be even cheaper because there is no tv in the room. Location is easy to find.

Cozy & clean place. The caretaker is also friendly. Actually, this homestay is a boarding house where some of the rooms are rented out daily. When we stay, we will be provided with drinking & bathing equipment. In addition, there is a lot of food in the Cipinang area, so it's easier if you want to find food, whether it's visiting directly or using online delivery services. A suitable place for those who want to stay & have needs in the Halim complex.

The shower water is very small, no trash in the room / bathroom, no clothes hanger in the bathroom, no mirror in the room. Soap and shampoo are also not available, so you must bring your own. The room is clean enough.

It's very similar to boarding and the majority of men, and a kind of house. For girls who stay alone without any other friends it feels less comfortable and less safe. For the service is okay, the guard is polite as well as the owner. But I decided not to stay overnight.

Thank you for the feedback. All facilities that we offer at Traveloka are the same as the actual conditions. Many female guests who stay alone and safe, because there are officers who guard for 24 hours. J4HOMESTAY Rule: Spouse guests must show a marriage certificate.
