For a small town far from the provincial capital, the room's cleanliness is commendable. The linens are as clean as a star-rated hotel. This is crucial. The facilities are standard but comfortable. There are communal areas on the second and third floors, and even a kitchen on the third floor. The rooftop overlooking Mount Dempo is a bit cluttered, though the abundance of furniture makes it feel cluttered. It's located right in the middle of town. There are plenty of motorcycle taxis parked next to the hotel, making it easy to get around. Grab is available in Pagaralam, but no one ever picks up orders. For this price and the cleanliness, it's worth it. Although the room didn't have air conditioning at the beginning, upgrading to one with air conditioning and fresh-smelling linens is rare for a guest house in this area.

Recommended for those of you looking for accommodation in Pagar Alam. The hotel staff is friendly, I got a room on the 3rd floor with a shared toilet, but the view from the room was really good. There is also a rooftop. And what's even cooler is that we were given breakfast even though we ordered without breakfast. Hey, it's close if you want to go anywhere. If you want to eat, it's very close too. Next time you go to Pagar Alam, stay here. Always be successful, Kanawa...

great, the room is clean, the AC works, and the hot water in the bathroom is still working. But there was only one thing when I arrived yesterday there was still hair in the bathroom", if the place is great in the city center it is easy to buy snacks and food outside if you are lazy you can also order food, the receptionist is friendly and yesterday I went there by motorbike, they themselves put the motorbike in, the next day I wanted to check out and then take the key safely👏

The room does not include breakfast, but the first day was given fried rice for breakfast, my child liked it. The service is good, there is a problem with hot water and it is immediately helped to fix it. There is a refrigerator with a freezer that is very helpful in maintaining ice gel, because breastfeeding mothers so the stock of breast milk does not go stale, safe and under control.

thank you Cece, Koko and Oma owner Kanawa. the service there is really good, the staff is friendly. then also Cece & Koko are very kind the checkin position is during Eid, all the shops are closed because it is still Eid, looking for food can't be found, eh when I got back to the hotel it turned out that Oma was waiting for me to eat ketupat, rendang and chicken opor. even served drinks and other snacks too. then the food there is also delicious, the recommendation is chicken tongseng, the cold air, combined with chicken tongseng tastes really great. once again thank you Ko, Ce and Oma for the welcome at Kanawa. basically it's really perfect

the location is strategic, near the market, lots of snacks so no need to worry about hunting for food... the staff and owner are kind, fast response in service. on the rooftop it's really good for contemporary photos with a direct view of Mount Dempo, it's really recommended...
