The blanket was dirty with yellow stains, the bathroom was dirty with lots of water stains. The bathtub didn't work. The toiletries were incomplete. The TV couldn't access any channels.

My second stay was quite pleasant, but the only downside was that amenities weren't provided; they had to be requested before being delivered. The staff were a bit unfriendly and unhelpful. Hopefully, the service will improve in the future.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, suitable for families at an affordable price, comfortable... but unfortunately it's a bit dusty. The kids started coughing because the floor was a bit dusty. Hopefully, cleanliness will be better overall. Thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly, but I got a room without a window even though it was a large room. Breakfast was delivered to the room. The first day was delicious, but the second day it was too salty. The hotel is in the middle of the city, but the road to the hotel is a bit small. This hotel is like an apartment that has been converted into a hotel.
